Electric gate, barrier and fencing leasing
Secure the perimeter of your site, yard or car park with automated access, and pay for it monthly. Leasing makes it practical to fit the gates, barriers and fencing your site really needs.
Electric gates, rising barriers, bollards, roller shutters and security fencing, with installation included in most cases. Available across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

What we can fund

Rising arm barriers and car park control systems

Groundworks, installation and commissioning, in most cases
Why businesses lease gates and barriers
Secure the site now. Theft, fly-tipping and unauthorised parking cost money every month. Leasing lets you solve the problem now rather than waiting to save up.
Protect cash flow. Perimeter projects often involve groundworks as well as equipment. Spreading the full cost keeps working capital free.
Fixed monthly payments. One predictable cost over 3 or 5 years, with VAT usually charged on each rental.
Usually tax-efficient. Lease rentals are normally treated as a business expense. Your accountant can confirm the position for you.
One agreement for the whole job. Gates, access control and fencing can usually be combined into a single agreement.
Typical situations we help with
These are examples of the kind of projects we arrange finance for:
A builders' merchant or plant yard fitting automated sliding gates and palisade fencing to stop out-of-hours theft.
An office park installing rising barriers and ANPR to manage staff and visitor parking.
A logistics depot adding high-speed roller shutters to loading bays.
A school or nursery replacing manual gates with an access-controlled entrance.
A car dealership installing bollards and barriers to protect forecourt stock.

Gate and barrier leasing FAQs
Can groundworks be included?
In most cases the full installed project can be funded, including groundworks, cabling and commissioning. We'll confirm with the funder when we see the quote.
Does the installation need to meet safety standards?
Yes. Powered gates must be installed and maintained safely, and in the UK the relevant standard is BS EN 12453. Choose an installer who works to current gate safety guidance.
Can I combine gates, fencing and CCTV in one agreement?
Often, yes. Many customers fund a complete perimeter security package together.
Who can apply?
Limited companies, partnerships, sole traders, charities and public-sector organisations across the UK and Republic of Ireland, subject to the funder's checks.
What happens at the end of the lease?
You can usually continue on a reduced rental, upgrade, or return the equipment. We'll explain your options up front.
