CCTV, alarm and access control leasing for businesses

Protect your premises with the security system it actually needs, and spread the cost over 3 or 5 years. Security is where Security Leasing started, so we know the kit, the installers and the funders who understand it.

What we can fund

  • CCTV systems, from a few cameras to multi-site HD and IP networks

  • Intruder alarms and monitored alarm systems

  • Access control, door entry and intercoms

  • Remote monitoring hardware, recorders and storage

  • Upgrades from ageing analogue systems to modern IP cameras

  • Installation, cabling and commissioning, in most cases, not just the hardware

Why businesses lease their security systems

Get the right system now. Security is not the place to cut corners. Leasing lets you install the coverage your site needs instead of the cheapest option you can pay for in one go.

Keep your cash for running the business. No large upfront bill means your working capital stays free for stock, staff and growth.

Fixed, predictable payments. One monthly cost over 3 or 5 years makes budgeting simple. VAT is usually charged on each rental, not as one lump sum upfront.

Usually tax-efficient. Lease rentals are normally treated as an allowable business expense. Your accountant can confirm how this applies to you.

Upgrade at the end of the term. Camera technology moves quickly. At the end of the agreement you can usually upgrade rather than being stuck with outdated equipment.

Typical situations we help with

These are examples of the kind of projects we arrange finance for:

  • A distribution warehouse replacing an old analogue CCTV system with HD cameras covering the yard, loading bays and perimeter.

  • A car dealership adding remote-monitored cameras and lighting to deter after-hours theft.

  • A multi-tenant office building installing fob-based access control and video door entry for every floor.

  • A retailer or petrol station upgrading cameras and alarms as a condition of their insurance renewal.

  • A school or care home improving safeguarding with access-controlled entrances and visitor management.

Why use Security Leasing

  • One point of contact. You deal with David from first call to installation, not a call centre.

  • We know the funders. We work with lenders who understand business equipment, so you aren't applying blind.

  • Clear figures up front. You'll see exactly what you'll pay each month before you commit.

  • UK and Republic of Ireland. Available 7 days a week on 07811 350386.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need. Send your installer's quote, or describe the job and we can introduce a trusted installer.

  2. We find the right funder. We match your business with a funder that understands security equipment and come back with clear monthly figures.

  3. Sign and install. You sign one straightforward agreement. Your installer fits the system and is paid directly.

  4. Pay monthly. Fixed payments for the term, with options to upgrade or continue at the end.

For security installers

If you install CCTV, alarms or access control, offering finance helps you win bigger jobs. Your customer sees an affordable monthly figure, you get paid in full once the job is signed off, and we handle the paperwork. Find out more about working with us.

Security system leasing FAQs

Can installation and labour be included?

In most cases, yes. Agreements can usually cover the full installed price, including cabling and commissioning.

Do I need to use a particular installer?

No. You can use your own installer, or we can introduce one. Using an accredited installer (for example NSI or SSAIB approved) helps both your application and your insurance.

What about monitoring and maintenance contracts?

The equipment and installation are funded through the lease. Ongoing monitoring or maintenance is usually agreed separately with your installer.

Who can lease a security system?

Limited companies, partnerships, sole traders, charities and public-sector organisations across the UK and Republic of Ireland. The funder will review your business and run a credit check.

What happens at the end of the lease?

It depends on the agreement, but you can usually upgrade to a new system, continue on a reduced rental, or return the equipment. We explain your options before you sign.
